At Sofa Club, we want you to love your new lounge experience; if your chosen piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated Support Team via the online portal or email within 14 days of receiving your sofa to request a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the sofa is disassembled and repacked in its original protective wrapping to prevent any damage during the transit back to our facility.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Our specialized two-man delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient collection window and safely remove the item from your property.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
